Pragati College, Raipur organized the Self-Management Workshop at Raipur for the Bachelor of Education students who have opted for teaching as their career path. The workshop was conducted by Brahmacharini Amritatmika Chaitanya and Brahmacharini Niseema, from Amrita University.

Dr Soumya Nayyar, Principal of the college welcomed the delegates and appreciated the participants for their enthusiasm to join the workshop. Dr Shahid Ali, Professor, Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita Avam Jansanchar Vishwavidyalaya was chief guest on the occasion.

AYUDH Pune celebrated Amma's 71st Birthday by planting 71 Trees as part of the ARPAN Project, a special Green Initiative to convert barren land into a flourishing mini forest. Inspired by Amma's message to save the planet, the ARPAN project started by AYUDH Pune on Amma's 65th birthday in 2018 and this year marked the 7th consecutive year of its execution !

AYUDH Mumbai made their visit to Amma’s Ashram at Amritapuri, the Headquarters of the Mata Amritanandamayi Math in Kerela. The trip brought over 40 AYUDH members, giving them the chance to experience the divine realm of Amma’s Ashram, Have Amma's Darshan and explore the vibrant campus of Amrita University.

This Diwali, AYUDH Ahmedabad celebrated the festival of lights with children who are battling cancer. The AYUDHians sang Amma’s Bhajan "Ek Deep Jalaye Ham Pyar Ka..." with the children, praying sincerely for them and for the world. The atmosphere was filled with love and hope as the AYUDHians distributed gifts and School kits packed with stationery and school supplies, collected as part of ‘Amritam’ project of Amrita Vidyalayam, Ahmedabad. The event was organized at the Believe Foundation, Ahmedabad who focus on supporting children affected by cancer.

Phase 2 of the Foundation Course on Sanatana Dharma - ‘The Science of Spirituality’, commenced in Ahmedabad. The AYUDHians kicked off with a Quiz to delve into the uniqueness of Sanatana Dharma, which emphasizes the presence of divinity in everything and everyone.

'Spirituality for Youth' – An Interactive Workshop with Q&A was conducted for the newly registered members of AYUDH from Nagindas Khandwala College in Mumbai

Recognizing the challenges faced by today’s youth, the workshop focused on redefining their concept of true success and purpose of life.

AYUDH Mumbai Western Suburbs celebrated #GitaJayanti this year with a meaningful and enriching Gita Quest. They also planted trees as a tribute to the Gita's message of harmony with Nature.

Amma says, "#bhagavadgita is the essence of all the Vedas and its message is the for the entire humanity."

'Jyotirgamaya', a workshop on the practices, images, symbols and festivals of Sanatana Dharma, was conducted by the AYUDH Ahmedabad team for their juniors, aged 11 to 13, as part of the Foundation Course on Sanatana Dharma.

Serving as resource persons, the workshop preparations and presentations enhanced knowledge and confidence of AYUDH members while providing the satisfaction of sharing their knowledge with others. By sharing their insights, AYUDHians have encouraged their younger peers to embrace the timeless wisdom of Sanatana Dharma.
